Last year, the IBC and City of Industry partnered with the Gabriel Foundation to bring together more than 500 community members and local businesses for an unforgettable evening filled with food, craft beer, and music.
The festival featured a diverse array of culinary delights and brews. Iconic local restaurants such as Red, Benihana, El Criollo, Tepeyac Restaurant and Tequila Sports Bar, Panera Bread, Red Lobster, Tito's Bar and Grill, Baekjeong, Eat Joy Food, Tastea, and Picanha Brazilian Churrascaria showcased their best dishes. For beer enthusiasts, tastings from Brewjeria, La Verne Brewing, Hop Secret Brewing, Innovation Brew Works, Warcloud, Common Corners, and Feathered Serpent Brewery added a refreshing touch to the festivities.
But the evening was about more than just food and drinks — it was about community and giving back. All proceeds from ticket sales went to The Gabriel Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in the San Gabriel Valley.
