BMX

The Industry YAL launched its first Bicycle Motocross (BMX) program in 2021. The program sponsors 30 boys and girls, ages 8 to 12, to compete in the Huffy Novice Pro Stock Series presented by the Whittier Narrows BMX.

Youth interested in participating in the free BMX program will need to pass a basic bike riding test, must be able to ride a full size 20-inch BMX bike, be able to stand up while riding a bike, and be able to use hand-operated brakes.

Sponsorship includes bicycles, protective equipment, USA BMX membership, BMX training, and BMX track time.
