Planning Department Online Services

City of Industry Planning Department will allow for the online submittal of Business License Applications (PDF), via email to Planning@cityofindustry.org. 

 Development plan application - short forms (tenant improvement projects, minor alterations to buildings and/or properties), Re-Roof Applications (PDF), Sign Application (PDF), Special Event Application (PDF), and Temporary Banner Application (PDF) will need to be submitted online via the Permitting and Licensing Portal.

Online Submittal 

Prior to submitting online please contact the City of Industry Planning Department. All minor development plans require a completed Development Plan Short Form ('DP Short Form') (PDF) Application along with a set of architectural plans. 

Re-Roof Applications (PDF), Sign Applications (PDF), Special Event Applications (PDF), and Temporary Banner Applications (PDF) will also be accepted online with accompanying documents specified in the Applications via PDF.

Valley Vista Approval 

A majority of construction projects will not be accepted without proof of solid waste collection service with the City's franchised hauler: Valley Vista. Please contact Valley Vista to arrange for a bin to be used for the collection of construction/demolition waste and recycling services prior to Planning submittal.
