Municipal Code

The City of Industry Municipal Code is a set of laws and guidelines that contain City ordinances adopted by Industry's elected City Council. Any future changes, amendments or additions to the City's Municipal Code require City Council approval. The code is organized according to subject matter (title, chapter and section) and is regularly updated to reflect newly adopted ordinances. It is the Planning Department's responsibility to administer Title 17: Zoning, Title 16: Subdivisions and Sign Regulations found in the City of Industry's Municipal Code.
