If you are considering developing property, adding on to an existing building, doing interior or exterior improvements, adding equipment, or have general questions regarding the use, zoning, or regulations of property, the Planning Department is the first point of contact and we are here to help you.

Most applications must be submitted online for review. The online portal to submit can be accessed on the following link, Portal. There you will find all the applications that must be submitted on the portal online. These applications include the  Development Application - Short Form, Sign Application, Re-Rood Application, Special Event Application, and Temporary Banner Application.
