, the Finance Department oversees and prepares its annual financial statements at the end of every fiscal year for the City of Industry, Civic Recreational-Industrial Authority ("CRIA"), Industry Public Facilities Authority (IPFA
) and Successor Agency to the Industry Urban Development Agency (SA
). The City's annual financial statements are prepared and performed by an independent, third-party auditor.
