Department Description

In the spirit of excellence, integrity, and fiscal transparency, the Finance Department oversees the fiscal affairs and financial operations of the City of Industry. Our core mission is to safeguard the City’s public assets and fiscal resources and maintain sound fiscal practices and financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all Federal and State laws.

Our Department is responsible for:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing
  • Budget Preparation & Adoption
  • Debt Management
  • Financial Reporting

The Finance Department is committed to providing outstanding internal and external support to the highest professional standards to the City Council, City Departments, and all business residents, residents, and patrons of the City of Industry.

The City of Industry has posted the 2025 to 2026 Appropriations Limit to be approved at the June 26, 2025, City Council meeting.
