What is See Click Fix? 

Please note that the use of See Click Fix is intended for the reporting of non-emergency issues only.

 See Click Fix is an application that allows City of Industry citizens to report non-emergency related issues to the City.  See Click Fix can be used via your mobile phone or the web.  By using See Click Fix, you can submit an issue and track its progress from submission to completion via the web. Issues are brought directly into the City’s Work Management solution where they can be forwarded on to the responsible department. By entering in an address or selecting a location on the map, you can view where in Industry the issue is located. In addition, you can view issues that have been submitted by other citizens and track their status.


State and County "Safer at Home" Orders 

 Please be advised that because this is an order of the State of California and County of Los Angeles, the City cannot make any determinations as to whether a business is an "Essential Business" or are otherwise exempt from this order. Reports of businesses possibly operating in violation of the order can be directed to the Industry Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department by calling (626) 330-3322

Report an Issue Online 


How does See Click Fix Work?

When you download the See Click Fix app, you can view existing requests in your area. To report a new issue, select “Add Request” and enter an address or click on the map. Next you must select an issue, upload an image, and enter any pertinent details. If you’re a first time user, you’ll first need to create a profile before being able to submit your request. If you you already have a See Click Fix profile, you will need to log in to submit your request. If you do not wish to create a profile, you can submit as a guest but, you will not receive updates regarding your request. The request will be reviewed by City Staff and the appropriate action will be taken within 1-2 business days.

How Do I Track My Submitted Issues?

You can view the issues you have submitted by selecting the “My Requests” from the menu button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. To view other requests, select “Explore Map” from the menu button in the upper right hand corner. Blue dots on the map represent where different issues have been reported and the issue that is currently being viewed will have a blue location marker on the selected dot. The Citizen can check on their submitted issues by logging in to see what Activity has been assigned to the issue, when the issue was closed, and any notes City Staff have submitted regarding the issue.

Can I Report An Issue Online?

Yes, you can! With the See Click Fix web application, you can view existing requests in your area and report new an issue, which in turn will be brought into the City’s Work Management solution. Report an Issue Online.
