At the City of Industry, there are no business license fees, no manufacturing fees, no utility taxes, and no hour restrictions for operation. We are currently zoned 92 percent industrial and eight percent commercial. Currently over 2,500 businesses successfully operate in our city with over 80,000 jobs.
