The annual Net Surplus Compensation Rate (NSCR) and Eligible Renewable Generation (ERG) rate components are based upon the formula contained in the Tariff Schedules NEM 1.0 and ERG. The NSCR rate is either the monetary or billing credit applied to the Net Surplus Customer Generator for Net Surplus Energy from a photovoltaic system under Tariff Schedule NEM 1.0. The ERG rate is applied for all energy sent back to the grid for each customer’s bill cycle from a photovoltaic system under the Tariff Schedule ERG. These rates are updated annually and expire on August 31, 2026.
- NSCR Rate: $0.0636 per kWh
- ERG Rate: $0.09801 per kWh
