The following is a list of those properties the Successor Agency to the Industry Urban-Development Agency is offering for sale. The information includes the list of properties, material to be submitted (LOI) and the process to be used by the Successor Agency in selecting buyers. An Advisory Committee for the Successor Agency will be accepting LOI's up to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. The Advisory Committee intends to select one LOI from those submitted by prospective purchasers/developers and submit it to the Successor Agency for approval, and then to the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency ("Oversight Board") for approval. Upon approval of the LOI by the Oversight Board, a completed purchase agreement ("Purchase Agreement") will be sent to the selected prospective purchaser/developer for approval and execution. The Purchase Agreement will then be submitted to the Successor Agency and Oversight Board for approval.
The Advisory Committee, the Successor Agency and the Oversight Board reserve the right to reject any or all of the submitted LOIs in their sole and absolute discretion.
Process for Submitting Proposals/Proposal Requirements and Content
Letters of Intent (LOI) includes content required in submittals, schedule and deadline for submittals and process for review and approvals includes Exhibit A to the LOI Sample Purchase Agreement.

The list of properties below is all of the properties currently being offered for sale by the Successor Agency. Additional properties will be added as the Successor Agency process for disposing of properties moves forward. The link for each property contains a "Property Description" which includes the staff report and an aerial photo of the site with the APN number(s). Additionally, the link for each property contains "Information and Documents" which includes all the information available for the property including grant deed, legal description and environmental documents, if available.
