Successor Agency to the Industry Urban Development Agency

The following is a list of those properties the Successor Agency to the Industry Urban-Development Agency is offering for sale. The information includes the list of properties, material to be submitted (LOI) and the process to be used by the Successor Agency in selecting buyers. Sale Process

An Advisory Committee for the Successor Agency will be accepting LOI's up to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2014. The Advisory Committee intends to select one LOI from those submitted by prospective purchasers/developers and submit it to the Successor Agency for approval, and then to the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency ("Oversight Board") for approval. Upon approval of the LOI by the Oversight Board, a completed purchase agreement ("Purchase Agreement") will be sent to the selected prospective purchaser/developer for approval and execution. The Purchase Agreement will then be submitted to the Successor Agency and Oversight Board for approval (but not execution). Finally, the Purchase Agreement will be sent to the California Department of Finance ("DOF") for approval; upon DOF approval, the Successor Agency will date and execute the Purchase Agreement.

The Advisory Committee, the Successor Agency and the Oversight Board reserve the right to reject any or all of the submitted LOIs in their sole and absolute discretion.


Process for Submitting Proposals/Proposal Requirements and Content

Letters of Intent (LOI) includes content required in submittals, schedule and deadline for submittals and process for review and approvals includes Exhibit A to the LOI Sample Purchase Agreement.


Access to Properties and scheduled site visits to improved properties.

Rebidding of Properties

The Successor Agency is currently accepting proposals for 333 Turnbull Canyon Road and 333 Hacienda Boulevard. We will be accepting proposals for both properties until Monday, November 2, 2015, no later than 3:00 p.m.
Resolution No. SA 2015-09 outlines the policy for the disposal of Agency-owned property.

New Properties for Sale

The Successor Agency is currently accepting proposals for 13530 Nelson Avenue. We will be accepting proposals until Monday, May 2, 2016, no later than 3:00 p.m.

The list of properties below is all of the properties currently being offered for sale by the Successor Agency. Additional properties will be added as the Successor Agency process for disposing of properties moves forward. The link for each property contains a "Property Description" which includes the staff report and an aerial photo of the site with the APN number(s).
